How to place an order? Purchasing from IGD!

You may place an order on our website which is very easy, simply go to final product details page and click on “Buy Now” or “Add To Cart” buttons. If none of these is appearing there and instead, you have “Back Order” button, it means that product is not in stock, you may click on it and fill-in form to leave your details and as soon as product is in stock, we will let you know. Once you complete adding products in cart, proceed for checkout. At this point you will asked to login to your account. If you have an account with us then login using your email and password which you have already registered with us. You may choose to register if you don’t have an account with us, registration is simple and free. Then continue and give your delivery/shipping address and choose your delivery method. Continue next and fill in payment details and give us your registered billing address for the card which you intend to use for goods payment which you have purchased. You will be given different payment options available for your country to pay by Bank Draft, Cheque, Bank Transfer etc. Credit/Debit Card payment option is available for all countries while other options are available in selected countries only. Then you will be taken on order confirmation page where you will be shown all details for confirmation. Once you confirmed it and proceed next, your order will be placed and an automatic email notification will be sent to you.

Once we receive your order and process your payment successfully, we will despatch your order and it will be with you within the time specified in your selected shipping method.

You may earn points on purchases and by recommending friends to us. These points can then be redeemed for discount. Also we run promotional and special offers and discount vouchers campaigns from time to time.

You may subscribe with us to receive our weekly update email which contains information on new arrivals, latest updates, special offers and most interesting exclusive offers. These exclusive offers are the deals which are available through special links in that email and these prices are not available on website as these are update only offers.

Setting Up New Business! How to get products on wholesale prices?

We welcome all new businesses and always try to help them set up. We are long established and involved in distribution and wholesale of Islamic books and merchandise. Please go online to our website www.islamicgoodsdirect.co.uk and shop for the products that you would like to buy for your business/stall/shop then add exact quantities that you would like (if a product is on back order still place an order for the required quantity in comments box), then go to the check out and select to pay by credit/debit card or cheque. Don’t worry about the total amount, we will not charge your card until we have had your further approval after we have submitted you a new invoice. Now, in the comments box at the bottom of your order form please write ‘TRADE ORDER; REQUEST NEW ACCOUNT’. When we receive your order, we will open a new account for you and apply trade discount to your order. We will then send you a proforma invoice which will show the new discounted total amount that you will have to pay. Once you have received this proforma invoice, please check it and if you are happy then confirm your order. We will then charge your card or you will be informed about final amount to send cheque for the payment required and your order will be dispatched promptly.

What can be delivery charges?

When you select product to buy i.e. add it in shopping cart and proceed for checkout, you will be given different shipping methods along with charges. You can select any one as price for shipping directly relates with weight, time of delivery and destination country. We have no control over shipping charges as these are set by couriers for different national and international destinations.

Review is not appearing on the website?

We would like to mention that when you submit review, it does not appear on the website because it has to be approved by the administrators because we have seen that in past, when we did not have this check and all the reviews were going live, people were misusing them.

Hence, once you submit your review, it goes for approval and after approval it appears on the website.
