Password Not Working! New Password Not Received

If you forget your password, you may reset it by clicking on My Account and then clicking on “Password Forgotten” link in Returning Customer box.

Password Email Not Received:
Once you give your email address (the one which is registered with us) your password will be automatically reset and an email will be sent out with new password. If you do not receive email then check your junk folder or spam folder as your ISP/Email service provider may have listed it there. If you find then mark it as “not a spam”. If you do not receive email then try resetting password again. If you still do not receive password email then contact our sales team on sales@islamicgoodsdirect.co.uk and also let your email provider know that you are not receiving emails from us.

New Password Not Working:
When you receive new password, you may come back and login to your account with your email (the one where you received new password) and new password sent to you in email. Please remember that you clearly understand the password as automatically generated passwords are combination of small and capital letters and numbers. So, when filling your password, remember that s and S (small s and capital s) are not same and you have to bear in mind that you are typing correct letter and correct case. How to place an order? Purchasing from IGD!

You may place an order on our website which is very easy, simply go to final product details page and click on “Buy Now” or “Add To Cart” buttons. If none of these is appearing there and instead, you have “Back Order” button, it means that product is not in stock, you may click on it and fill-in form to leave your details and as soon as product is in stock, we will let you know. Once you complete adding products in cart, proceed for checkout. At this point you will asked to login to your account. If you have an account with us then login using your email and password which you have already registered with us. You may choose to register if you don’t have an account with us, registration is simple and free. Then continue and give your delivery/shipping address and choose your delivery method. Continue next and fill in payment details and give us your registered billing address for the card which you intend to use for goods payment which you have purchased. You will be given different payment options available for your country to pay by Bank Draft, Cheque, Bank Transfer etc. Credit/Debit Card payment option is available for all countries while other options are available in selected countries only. Then you will be taken on order confirmation page where you will be shown all details for confirmation. Once you confirmed it and proceed next, your order will be placed and an automatic email notification will be sent to you.

Once we receive your order and process your payment successfully, we will despatch your order and it will be with you within the time specified in your selected shipping method.

You may earn points on purchases and by recommending friends to us. These points can then be redeemed for discount. Also we run promotional and special offers and discount vouchers campaigns from time to time.

Review is not appearing on the website?

We would like to mention that when you submit review, it does not appear on the website because it has to be approved by the administrators because we have seen that in past, when we did not have this check and all the reviews were going live, people were misusing them.

Hence, once you submit your review, it goes for approval and after approval it appears on the website.
