Product Return/Refund Procedure

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to “My Account”
3. Now see the box with the heading “My Orders” (box number 3, on same page, in the middle)
4. Click on link, which says “Apply For Return Authorization code”.
5. Select the product(s) you want to return.
6. Write reason & press the continue button.
After that your enquiry will be with our Return/Exchange department and your refund should be process as soon as we receive the product back.

We recommend you to send products via second class delivery. You should obtain proof of posting or proof of delivery from post office, if the parcel goes missing. We will not be held responsible if parcel does not reach us. For your own protection, you may obtain extra insurance or may send it via recorded or special delivery, however, we will not pay the extra expense.
We leave the choice selecting postage method for sending products back to us on customer’s discretion but according to policy we will only reimburse postage cost for second class delivery to send products back to us.
How to return products?

Login to your account; and click on “apply for return authorization code”. You will see all the products that were despatched to you and still entitled for return/refund and then select the products and give reason for returning in the comments box.
We will then process return request and you will be given proper code. Make sure that products have proper price labels and are still unused and original condition as you received. Please pack them securely to avoid any damages in post while sending it back and send it via signed for or registered post so that you should have proof of delivery when it reaches to us.
Once products received, we will immediately process refund/exchange. In case of faulty/damaged goods exchange, we will return your shipping charges. However, you have to pay shipping for non faulty goods refund.
Please remember that without proper return authorization code we will not be able to process any refund or exchange

Sales/special offer items are not entitled for any refund/exchange unless they have any technical fault and in that case we will exchange product with same product and in case we do not have another in stock, we will give you option to choose any alternative.
Multimedia products are not entitled for refund/exchange unless they are found faulty or there is any issue with sound/picture quality.
You may get full refund for the products if these are still sealed and packed but as some publishers/products do not provide sealed packing so such products will only be refunded/exchanged if found faulty. Before reporting product as faulty, check it on your systems because once you return it to us and we are unable to find any fault then it would be difficult to exchange product.
To avoid any inconvenience we recommend you applying for return authorization code first and then return it back to us.
