Paying in your local currency other then British Pounds

Facility is provided to all our customers to see the prices of the products in their local currency other then British Pounds.

When you are on website, you will see currencies box on your left hand column, you may select any currency from the list and prices will be automatically converted.

Please remember that currency rate conversion is done by the bank as these prices are only for your convenience, however, we will still charge you in GBP and bank will do the currency conversion hence you may expect the difference in the amount shown to you and the one charged.

Received “Waiting For Bank Draft” Email!!!

You normally receive this email when you select to pay by Bank Draft (while placing an order, on your payment details page) as in that case, we do not receive your Credit/Debit Card details.

It is possible that you filled in your card details but then selected option which is next to Pay via Bank Draft. So, you can check this in your order confirmation email and also when you login to your account, you can check it in your order’s history that which option did you choose for payment option.

If this is the case then we will advice you to either send us your card details via fax (044) 08700 638 628 and NOT via email. Or you may call our sales team (044) 0844 8849 767 to give us your card details. Alternatively you may place another order with your correct card details and we will process your payment and will despatch your order as soon as we receive your payment details

Billing Address Not Verified

We have your billing address but when we try processing your payment, processing terminal does not accept these details. Possible reason could be that address might be written in different way on your bank statement or you might have different registered address for you card. Billing address is basically the address where you normally receive the bank statements for the card which you want to use for payment. If possible then please send us scanned copy of the card’s statement which should clearly show the address details.
