How to return products?

You may return and get full refund for the products if they are damaged/ faulty or for any other reason. Login to your account; and click on “apply for return authorization code”. You will see all the products that were despatched to you and still entitled for return/refund and then select the products and give reason for returning in the comments box.

We will then process return request and you will be given proper code. Make sure that products have proper price labels and are still unused and original condition as you received. Please pack them securely to avoid any damages in post while sending it back and send it via signed for or registered post so that you should have proof of delivery when it reaches to us.

Once products received, we will immediately process refund/exchange. In case of faulty/damaged goods exchange, we will return your shipping charges. However, you have to pay shipping for non faulty goods refund.

Please remember that without proper return authorization code we will not be able to process any refund or exchange

Where is my complete order? Few products received from order!!

It is very rare but still possible that we might have short of quantity for any specific product. In this case most likely products will be already on order with the supplier and as soon as we receive consignment, your remaining products will be despatched.

We would like to mention that we only process payment for the products which are in stock and we are going to despatch. However, those not in stocks can not be sent so we do not charge you for them and once they come in stock we will process their payment separately and your order will be despatched. In case we have to send your order in parts, you will not be charged for shipping multiple times. Shipping will be charged once i.e. first time only and after that you will be only charged for products being sent to you not for shipping.

We normally despatch all local (UK) orders straight away either fully or partly, however for overseas order we wait for products to be in stock and then we fully despatch order.

When you receive your parcel, you will find packing slip enclosed which confirms the products being sent to you and you were charge for them. If any product is mentioned on packing slip but you did not find it in package then immediately report it.

I haven’t received my order/products?

We aim to process all orders with in 24 hours after receiving an order. You may login to your account and view the latest status of your order. We send email confirmation with the latest progress of your order on each stage.

However if there is any problem with payment processing or product availability then we send email and wait for customer’s reply and if you think it is while long that you haven’t hear from us then please check your junk mail folder, our emails might be ending up there as spam. If you still cannot find any information then please contact us with your order number or click on following link to contact us
