Received “Waiting For Bank Draft” Email!!!
June 10, 2007 on 10:31 am | In Payment | Comments OffYou normally receive this email when you select to pay by Bank Draft (while placing an order, on your payment details page) as in that case, we do not receive your Credit/Debit Card details.
It is possible that you filled in your card details but then selected option which is next to Pay via Bank Draft. So, you can check this in your order confirmation email and also when you login to your account, you can check it in your order’s history that which option did you choose for payment option.
If this is the case then we will advice you to either send us your card details via fax (044) 08700 638 628 and NOT via email. Or you may call our sales team (044) 0844 8849 767 to give us your card details. Alternatively you may place another order with your correct card details and we will process your payment and will despatch your order as soon as we receive your payment details

Password Not Working! New Password Not Received

Password Email Not Received:
Once you give your email address (the one which is registered with us) your password will be automatically reset and an email will be sent out with new password. If you do not receive email then check your junk folder or spam folder as your ISP/Email service provider may have listed it there. If you find then mark it as “not a spam”. If you do not receive email then try resetting password again. If you still do not receive password email then contact our sales team on sales@islamicgoodsdirect.co.uk and also let your email provider know that you are not receiving emails from us.
New Password Not Working:
When you receive new password, you may come back and login to your account with your email (the one where you received new password) and new password sent to you in email. Please remember that you clearly understand the password as automatically generated passwords are combination of small and capital letters and numbers. So, when filling your password, remember that s and S (small s and capital s) are not same and you have to bear in mind that you are typing correct letter and correct case. Billing Address Not Verified

Possible reason could be that address might be written in different way on your bank statement or you might have different registered address for you card. Billing address is basically the address where you normally receive the bank statements for the card which you want to use for payment. If possible then please send us scanned copy of the card’s statement which should clearly show the address details.

Product Return/Refund Procedure

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to “My Account”
3. Now see the box with the heading “My Orders” (box number 3, on same page, in the middle)
4. Click on link, which says “Apply For Return Authorization code”.
5. Select the product(s) you want to return.
6. Write reason & press the continue button.
After that your enquiry will be with our Return/Exchange department and your refund should be process as soon as we receive the product back.

We recommend you to send products via second class delivery. You should obtain proof of posting or proof of delivery from post office, if the parcel goes missing. We will not be held responsible if parcel does not reach us. For your own protection, you may obtain extra insurance or may send it via recorded or special delivery, however, we will not pay the extra expense.
We leave the choice selecting postage method for sending products back to us on customer’s discretion but according to policy we will only reimburse postage cost for second class delivery to send products back to us.
