Product Return, Refund, Exchange

Normally we offer product return/refund and exchange facility on all products but there are few exceptions. Sales/special offer items are not entitled for any refund/exchange unless they have any technical fault and in that case we will exchange product with same product and in case we do not have another in stock, we will give you option to choose any alternative.

Multimedia products are not entitled for refund/exchange unless they are found faulty or there is any issue with sound/picture quality.

You may get full refund for the products if these are still sealed and packed but as some publishers/products do not provide sealed packing so such products will only be refunded/exchanged if found faulty. Before reporting product as faulty, check it on your systems because once you return it to us and we are unable to find any fault then it would be difficult to exchange product.

To avoid any inconvenience we recommend you applying for return authorization code first and then return it back to us.
